Blythe Jail
Blythe sits more than two hours east of Riverside, serving the city of Blythe, the river communities, and arrests along the I-10 corridor at the Arizona line. Being held this far out often means family is hundreds of miles away, sometimes in another state entirely.
None of that slows the bond down. The paperwork happens by phone and email wherever you are, the bond is posted at the facility, and release follows the jail's processing. People are also sometimes transferred from Blythe to the county's larger facilities; if that happens, Karla tracks where they went and the bond follows them.
