What this website collects
The only information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your phone number, who is in custody and where, and anything you add in the message field. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms that ask for more than the minimum needed to call you back.
How it is used
Form submissions are delivered to Essential Bail Bonds by Formspree, a form delivery service, and arrive as email. The information is used for exactly one purpose: responding to you and arranging bail services. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Given the nature of this business, confidentiality is treated as part of the service, not a legal formality.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies and does not run advertising trackers. If traffic analytics are enabled, they run on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not follow you across the web. A small browser storage entry is used only to remember your motion on/off preference for this site.
Third-party services
- Formspree processes form submissions and is subject to its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps powers the map on the contact page; loading it involves Google's servers and policies.
- Google Fonts and CDN-hosted scripts are loaded to display and animate the site.
Phone calls to our numbers are ordinary phone calls; this website does not record or track them.
Retention and your choices
Messages are kept only as long as they are useful for responding to you and for ordinary business records. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing karlabailbonds@gmail.com or calling (951) 809-9456. California residents have rights under state privacy law, and those requests are honored regardless of whether the law technically requires it of a business this size.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
